OUR HISTORY
GM Gastronomic Group was born in 2022 in Switzerland following the acquisition and incorporation of societyGA Gastronomic Advice, society specialised in Catering Business Management and Consulting, with extensive managerial knowledge in the gastronomy sector, gathered over more than 20 years in business management, retail trade and production.
Following the merger of the companies, GM Gastronomic Group has further increased its presence in Switzerland and Italy, offering total asset management services restaurants and hotels, as well as specific consultancy in the sector.

Following the great success of its standardized, transparent and efficient methods of management, GM Gatronomic Group has expanded its offering in the sector, offering centralized administrative management to third party customers, as well as making its own management systems available. GM has also strengthened its services relating to operational consultancy both in Switzerland and in Italy.

Finally, GM Gastronomic Group has expanded its operations by opening the branch dedicated solely to Catering and Events: GM Caterings.

Today GM Gastronomic Group is a management and operational consultancy company of restaurants and hotels active throughout Switzerland and Italy, offering its clients different levels of management, starting from the complete management of their restaurants, to the management solely focused on administration (leaving the operational to the customer), up to operational consultancy for rehabilitation and improvement. In parallel, it offers products such as efficient, simple and standardized operations management systems to simplify operations and administration managed by the owners themselves.
